What are your UK delivery options and timeframes?

We offer Standard Delivery which typically takes 3-5 working days, and Next Day Delivery for orders placed before 8pm Sunday to Friday. You can also opt for our Click & Collect service to pick up your sneakers from any Footpatrol or participating group store.

How do I return an item if it doesn't fit?

You can return any unworn items in their original packaging within 28 days of purchase. Returns can be processed via our online portal using a courier of your choice, or brought directly into our London Soho store for an exchange or refund.

Are all the sneakers on Footpatrol authentic?

Absolutely. Footpatrol is an authorized premium retailer and we only source products directly from the brands themselves, including Nike, Jordan, adidas, and New Balance. Every pair is guaranteed 100% authentic.

How do sneaker launches and raffles work?

High-demand releases are usually managed through the Footpatrol app launches. You can enter the raffle for a chance to purchase the item; if successful, your payment method will be charged automatically and the product will be shipped to your registered address.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as digital wallets like PayPal and Apple Pay. We also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Klarna and Clearpay for eligible UK customers.

Can I cancel or amend my order after it has been placed?

To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. This means we are generally unable to cancel or change an order once it is confirmed. We recommend double-checking your size and shipping address before completing your purchase.
